Meet The Chef

Age is not an issue when you meet Executive Chef Pongsathon Manketvit who has been in the culinary field for more than 38 years. He is an expert on both Oriental and Western cuisines and continues to create innovative menu and fusion dishes to further develop his skills. His passion and creativity has garnered him several awards and citations and is known as the ‘King of Massaman’, Thailand’s most famous dish. He had also been featured in several television and magazine articles over the years. St. Carlos Medical Spa and Medical Centre is proud to have Chef Pongsathon as part of our team.
